I'm participating in the Gandi IPv6 bet test program. I'm using a brand new server for this; gandi.antiperfect.org. The server runs Debian5 and will be used as a web-server for hansderidder.it my IT consultancy firm to be. During the process I may also use the server as DNS-server and other things for hansderidder.it as the company has not started yet.
First thing I did was fire-walling the thing, allowing ICMP, DNS, NTP, http(s) and ssh traffic.
After running the mkv6 script I have IPv6 address is 2001:4b98:41::d946:bc7c:124/64 and it just works. Almost too easy. To get more into it I will do thinks like using it as a gateway so I can use IPv6 from home too.
